BLCP Power Company Limited has issued a notice regarding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024, which will be held virtually on Monday, April 22, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Thailand time).
The said notice was issued in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 2/2024 on March 26, 2024. The major shareholders are Electricity Generating Public Company Limited, holding 60,050,000 shares; Banpu Coal Power Company Limited, holding 60,049,999 shares; and Banpu Power Public Company Limited, holding 1 share.
Key agenda items include considering and approving the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023, held on April 24, 2023, as well as considering and acknowledging the company's overall operating performance report for the past year, and considering and approving the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2023.
Additionally, there will be a consideration and acknowledgment of the declaration and payment of dividends for 2023, a consideration and approval of the appointment of auditors and their remuneration for the fiscal year 2024, as well as a consideration and approval of the election of directors to replace those retiring by rotation and a review of directors' remuneration.
Shareholders can attend the meeting via video conference on the aforementioned date and time. If unable to attend in person, a signed proxy form, as attached to this notice, may be submitted.
