The BLCP Power Station's CEMs September 2021 report presents the results of continuous emission monitoring from generating units 1 and 2 throughout September 2021, covering sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), opacity, and total suspended particulates (TSP) to demonstrate compliance with established standards.
The measured sulfur dioxide (SO2) levels from both generating units 1 and 2 throughout September 2021 were consistently below Thailand's legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA standard of 262 ppmvd@7%O2, with most readings ranging approximately from 100-150 ppmvd@7%O2.
Regarding nitrogen oxides (NOx), measurements from both generating units consistently showed levels below Thailand's legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA standard of 241 ppmvd@7%O2, with most measured values also ranging approximately from 100-150 ppmvd@7%O2.
For opacity measurements, levels were consistently low, mostly remaining below 10.0 throughout the month. Total suspended particulates (TSP) were clearly below Thailand's legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2 and the EIA standard of 43 mg/m3@7%O2, with most measured values ranging approximately from 10-15 mg/m3@7%O2.
In summary, throughout September 2021, emissions from BLCP Power Station's generating units 1 and 2 for sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, opacity, and total suspended particulates were all well below the established legal and EIA standards. Full details are available in the attached file.
