The BLCP Power Station's CEMs Report for October 2022 presents the results of continuous emission monitoring from the stacks of Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout October 2022, covering measurements of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulate (TSP).
For Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) emissions, the measured values for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout October 2022 were consistently below the EIA limit of 262 ppmvd@7%O2 and below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2.
Regarding Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), the monitoring results showed that emissions from Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout October 2022 were consistently below the EIA limit of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 and below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2.
As for the Opacity of gases emitted into the atmosphere, the measured values for both units remained consistently low, mostly staying below 10% throughout October 2022.
For Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), emissions from Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout October 2022 were significantly below the EIA limit of 43 mg/m³@7%O2 and below the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2.
In summary, the air emission monitoring results from BLCP Power Station's stacks in October 2022 demonstrate that all emissions from Unit 1 and Unit 2 were within the prescribed standards. Full details are available in the attached file.
