The BLCP Power Station's CEMs Report for November 2021 presents data on air pollutant emissions measured from the power plant stacks throughout November 2021, covering measurements of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulate (TSP).
Measurement results for Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) from Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout November 2021 consistently show that all measured values were below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report value of 262 ppmvd@7%O2. Unit 2 was shut down approximately from November 5-10, 2021. Additionally, a period of "Bias FGD for net capacity test" was noted for both units, during which measured values remained within the specified criteria.
For Opacity measurements, values remained low throughout the month. Unit 2 was shut down during the same period as mentioned above. Regarding Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), measured values from both units were clearly below the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 43 mg/m³@7%O2 throughout the measurement period.
In summary, the results of air pollutant emission measurements from the BLCP Power Station stacks in November 2021 for Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrogen Oxides, Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulate consistently demonstrated levels below both legal standards and the values specified in the EIA report.
