The CEMS Report for March 2025 presents the results of air pollutant emission measurements from the BLCP Power Station stacks, covering sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), Opacity, and total suspended particulates (TSP) measurements for generating units 1 and 2 throughout March 2025.
Regarding sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions, the maximum hourly values for both generating units 1 and 2 throughout March 2025 consistently remained below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) standard of 262 ppmvd@7%O2.
Similarly, the maximum hourly nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions for both generating units also remained below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA standard of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout March 2025.
As for Opacity and total suspended particulates (TSP), the maximum hourly measurement results for both generating units 1 and 2 throughout March 2025 also showed that the measured values were below the specified standards. Specifically, TSP did not exceed 120 mg/m³@7%O2 according to Thai law and did not exceed 43 mg/m³@7%O2 according to the EIA.
In summary, the air pollutant emission measurement results from the BLCP Power Station stacks for March 2025 for sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, Opacity, and total suspended particulates from generating units 1 and 2 demonstrate that all emissions were within the standards stipulated by law and the EIA.
