This CEMS report for March 2024 presents air pollutant emission monitoring data from BLCP Power Station's stacks for Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout March 2024.
The sulfur dioxide (SO2) emission monitoring results for March 2024 consistently show that emission levels for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 were below the legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA standard of 262 ppmvd@7%O2.
Regarding nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, data for March 2024 indicates that the measured values from both units were below the legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA standard of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout the monitoring period.
Furthermore, the opacity of gases emitted from the stacks of both units remained consistently low throughout March 2024, and total suspended particulate (TSP) levels for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 were also shown to be below the legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2 and the EIA standard of 43 mg/m³@7%O2.
In summary, the air pollutant emission monitoring results from BLCP Power Station's stacks, including sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxide (NOx), opacity, and total suspended particulate (TSP) for March 2024, were fully compliant with all legal and EIA standards.
