BLCP Power Station's CEMS report for June 2024 shows the measurement results for sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions from the stack. The measured values for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout the month were consistently below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA limit of 262 ppmvd@7%O2.
Regarding nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions into the atmosphere, the measurement results for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 in June 2024 also showed values below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA limit of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout the reporting period.
For the opacity of gases emitted from the stack, both Unit 1 and Unit 2 consistently maintained low opacity values, mostly around 5-10% throughout June 2024.
However, for total suspended particulate (TSP) emissions into the atmosphere, Unit 1's measured values were below the EIA limit of 43 mg/m³ @7%O2 throughout the month, but Unit 2 recorded a maximum particulate matter value of 46.41 mg/m³, which is slightly above the EIA limit.
