This June 2021 CEMs report presents air pollutant emission monitoring data from BLCP Power Station stacks for Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout June 2021.
Data review revealed that Unit 2 experienced an outage from June 10 to 20, 2021, resulting in no monitoring data during that period.
For sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx), the measured maximum hourly concentrations from Unit 1 and Unit 2 were overall below the Thai legal standard values and the limits specified in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report. The Thai legal standard for SO2 is 320 ppmvd@7%O2, and the EIA limit is 262 ppmvd@7%O2. For NOx, the Thai legal standard is 350 ppmvd@7%O2, and the EIA limit is 241 ppmvd@7%O2.
Regarding Opacity and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), the measured maximum hourly opacity remained low throughout the month. For TSP, the measured maximum hourly concentrations from both units were below the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m3@7%O2 and the EIA limit of 43 mg/m3@7%O2.
All this data indicates that BLCP Power Station's air pollutant emissions in June 2021 complied with relevant regulations and standards. Full details are available in the attached file.
