The BLCP Power Station's CEMS report for July 2024 presents the results of pollutant emissions monitoring from the stacks of Unit 1 and Unit 2, covering key environmental parameters such as Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulate (TSP).
The maximum hourly Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) measurements for both units throughout July 2024 consistently showed values below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 262 ppmvd@7%O2.
Similarly, Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) measurements for both units consistently remained below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout July 2024.
Regarding the maximum hourly Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout July 2024, values also remained below the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 43 mg/m³@7%O2.
Furthermore, the report also presents the maximum hourly Opacity measurements of gases emitted into the atmosphere for both units, demonstrating effective control of pollutant emissions. In summary, all parameters of the BLCP Power Station's stack emissions monitoring results for July 2024 complied with relevant regulations and standards.
