The CEMS Monthly Report for July 2023 presents the results of stack emission measurements from BLCP Power Station for July 2023, covering sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), opacity, and total suspended particulates (TSP).
The hourly maximum sulfur dioxide (SO2) measurement results for Units 1 and 2 throughout July 2023 were within the specified limits. The maximum measured value did not exceed 262 ppmvd@7%O2 (EIA requirement) and did not exceed 320 ppmvd@7%O2 (Thai legal requirement). SO2 maximum load tests for Units 1 and 2 were conducted during July 10-12, 2023.
For hourly maximum nitrogen oxides (NOx) measurements, the results for Units 1 and 2 throughout July 2023 were also within the specified limits. The maximum measured value did not exceed 241 ppmvd@7%O2 (EIA requirement) and did not exceed 350 ppmvd@7%O2 (Thai legal requirement). NOx maximum load tests for Units 1 and 2 were conducted during July 10-12, 2023.
Regarding hourly maximum opacity and total suspended particulates (TSP), the measurement results for Units 1 and 2 throughout July 2023 clearly show that all measured values were significantly below the specified limits. Specifically, TSP did not exceed 43 mg/m3@7%O2 (EIA requirement) and did not exceed 120 mg/m3@7%O2 (Thai legal requirement).
In summary, the CEMS Monthly Report for July 2023 indicates that stack emissions from BLCP Power Station, including sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, opacity, and total suspended particulates, were in compliance with both EIA requirements and Thai legal requirements throughout the entire month.
