This report presents the results of stack emission measurements for BLCP Power Station for January 2022, covering Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) for generating units 1 and 2 throughout the month.
Measurements of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) showed that the maximum hourly values for both generating units were consistently below the Thai legal standards and the values specified in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report throughout January 2022. Specifically, the maximum SO2 value did not exceed 320 ppmvd@7%O2, and NOx did not exceed 350 ppmvd@7%O2.
Regarding Opacity and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), the maximum hourly values were also below the specified standards. The TSP value did not exceed 120 mg/m³@7%O2, and the value specified in the EIA did not exceed 43 mg/m³@7%O2. Additionally, Generating Unit 1 underwent an outage from January 19-24, 2022, resulting in no emissions during that period.
