BLCP Power Station's CEMS Report for February 2025 summarizes the results of air pollutant emission measurements from the stacks of Unit 1 and 2, covering key parameters including Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulate (TSP).
From the Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) measurements, it was found that the maximum hourly emission values for both units were within the specified limits, with values not exceeding 262 ppmvd@7%O2, which is the value according to the EIA report, and not exceeding 320 ppmvd@7%O2 according to Thai legal requirements. Unit 1 was shut down from February 1 to 5, 2025.
Regarding Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), measurement results show that the maximum hourly emission values for both Unit 1 and 2 were also within the specified limits, with values not exceeding 241 ppmvd@7%O2 according to the EIA report and not exceeding 350 ppmvd@7%O2 according to Thai legal requirements.
For Opacity and Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) measurements, it was found that the maximum hourly emission values for both units were low and complied with the specified standards. Specifically, Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) values did not exceed 120 mg/m³@7%O2 according to Thai legal requirements.
