The CEMS Report for February 2023 presents air pollutant emission measurement data from BLCP Power Station's stacks for Unit 1 and Unit 2, covering measurements of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) throughout February 2023.
For Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), the maximum hourly concentrations for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 were found to be below the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) standard of 262 ppmvd@7%O2 and the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout February 2023.
Regarding Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), the maximum hourly concentrations for both units also remained below the EIA standard of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 and the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 consistently throughout February 2023.
The Opacity of exhaust gas from the stacks of both Unit 1 and Unit 2 also showed low maximum hourly values throughout February 2023.
As for Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), the maximum hourly concentrations for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 were below the EIA standard of 43 mg/m3@7%O2 and the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2 throughout February 2023. Full details are available in the attached file.
