This BLCP Power Station's CEMs report for December 2021 presents the results of air pollutant emission measurements from the stacks of Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout December 2021, covering measurements of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP).
The measurement results for Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) from Unit 1 and Unit 2 show that emissions (hourly maximum values) were below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and below the EIA criterion of 262 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout December 2021. Similarly, Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions consistently remained below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and below the EIA criterion of 241 ppmvd@7%O2.
Regarding Opacity (hourly maximum values) from exhaust gases emitted to the atmosphere, both units maintained low levels throughout December 2021. Furthermore, Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) emissions (hourly maximum values) from Unit 1 and Unit 2 remained below the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2 and below the EIA criterion of 43 mg/m³@7%O2 during the same period.
In summary, the air pollutant emission measurements from the stacks of BLCP Power Station's Unit 1 and Unit 2 in December 2021 consistently met both the legally mandated standards and the EIA criteria. Full details are available in the attached file.
