The Monthly Air Quality Report for August 2026 of BLCP Power Station presents air quality monitoring results from both stack emissions (CEMS) and ambient air quality monitoring stations (AQMS), indicating that all measured values are within the specified criteria and safe for health.
For stack emission monitoring (CEMS), the measured parameters include Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx). All monitoring results are within the criteria stipulated by Thai law and EIA requirements.
Regarding ambient air quality monitoring from 4 stations surrounding BLCP Power Station, namely Wat Takuan Station, Soi Thoed Thai Muslim, PTT Staff Housing Fence, and Wat Mab Chalood, the measured parameters are Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), all of which are within the standard criteria according to Thai law.
BLCP Power Station utilizes clean coal technology, such as Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) and Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) systems, along with 24-hour monitoring and regular reporting of results to government agencies and the community. Full details are available in the attached file.
