This CEMS report for April 2024 presents the results of continuous emission monitoring (CEMS) of air pollutants from the stacks of BLCP Power Station, covering both Unit 1 and Unit 2, conducted throughout the entire month.
Regarding sulfur dioxide (SO2) measurements, the emission values for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout April 2024 were found to be consistently below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and continuously below the EIA limit of 262 ppmvd@7%O2.
For nitrogen oxides (NOx), measurement results showed that the emission values for both units throughout April 2024 were consistently below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and consistently below the EIA limit of 241 ppmvd@7%O2.
Regarding the opacity of gases emitted from the stacks, it was found that throughout April 2024, the measured values for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 were very low and stable, mostly remaining below 10%.
As for Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), measurement results showed that the emission values for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout April 2024 were significantly below the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2 and clearly below the EIA limit of 43 mg/m³@7%O2.
In summary, the results of air pollutant emission measurements from the stacks of BLCP Power Station in April 2024 for SO2, NOx, Opacity, and TSP were all within the prescribed limits. Full details are available in the attached file.
