This report summarizes the results of air pollutant emissions measurements from the BLCP Power Station stacks for April 2023 (APRIL 2023), covering measurements of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) for generating units 1 and 2.
The hourly maximum Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) measurement results throughout April 2023 show that emissions from both generating units 1 and 2 were consistently below the EIA standard of 262 ppmvd@7%O2 and below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2.
For Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), the hourly maximum values for both generating units in April 2023 also demonstrated levels below the EIA standard of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 and below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout the measurement period.
Regarding Opacity and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), the hourly maximum values for both generating units 1 and 2 in April 2023 were well-controlled. Specifically, Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) were clearly below the EIA standard of 43 mg/m³@7%O2 and below the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m³@7%O2.
