BLCP Power Company Limited issued memorandum number BLCP-SHE-2025-0024 dated April 21, 2568, regarding the appointment of the Sustainability Steering Committee and the Sustainability Working Committee, with the objective of driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies to achieve sustainable development goals in accordance with international standards.
The Sustainability Committee consists of 9 members, with Mr. Yutthana Charoenwong as Chairman and Ms. Sineenart Khanthaballang as Secretary. Its main duties include providing recommendations on sustainability strategies and operational guidelines, reviewing policies and targets, auditing ESG risk management, including the disclosure of key information, and recommending issues that may impact the organization.
As for the Sustainability Working Committee, it consists of 11 members, with Ms. Sineenart Khanthaballang as Head of the Committee and Ms. Kanokorn Somprasong as Secretary. The Working Committee's role is to define guidelines and action plans for sustainable development, oversee operations, foster a culture of sustainability, and report operational results to the Committee.
The appointment of this Committee and Working Committee is effective from the date of announcement onwards, with Mr. Yutthana Charoenwong, Managing Director, as the signatory of this memorandum. Full details are in the attached file.
