BLCP donates 70 automatic non-contact thermometers for COVID-19 prevention.

January 20, 2021 - Mr. Yuthana Charoenwong, Managing Director of BLCP Power Limited (BLCP), donated 21 automatic infrared thermometers with stands, with Mr. Channa Iamsang, Governor of Rayong Province, graciously accepting the donation at the Rayong Provincial Government Center. Additionally, the company delivered another 49 units, totaling 70 units, to various public health service centers and schools in Maptaphut and Ban Chang Municipalities, Rayong Province, to ensure sufficient use by government officials, medical and public health personnel for fever screening, monitoring symptoms of staff within their organizations, and screening visitors for official contact, as well as for operations at checkpoints/screening points, monitoring travelers, and individuals with behaviors at risk of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection, especially in Rayong Province.

 

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, from early 2020 to the present, the company has continuously provided essential supplies and encouragement to communities and personnel in all sectors, such as N95 masks, cloth masks, Face Shied, alcohol gel, and necessary medical equipment, as well as creating occupations and income for communities during the COVID-19 crisis. Most recently, with Rayong Province declared a maximum control area, the company has not been complacent regarding the hardships faced by all sectors. The most important things are encouragement and mutual assistance. The company is ready to be another source of encouragement for all of us and Thailand to overcome this COVID-19 crisis together.
