July 25, 2569 – Mr. Yuthana Charoenwong, Managing Director of BLCP Power Company Limited (BLCP), participated in a forum on the topic of “The Next Phase of EEC: Communicating Progress, Building Confidence, Connecting People to Development” as part of the workshop project “Driving Public Relations for Government Missions in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC)” at Ravindra Beach Resort & Spa, Chonburi Province, with Ms. Sudruethai Lertkasem, Director-General of the Public Relations Department, presiding over the opening ceremony.
During the event, Mr. Yuthana joined the discussion and exchanged perspectives as a representative from the private and energy sectors on the crucial role of building confidence in the development of the EEC area, stating that private sector business operations must place great importance on environmental, social, and community responsibility, alongside transparent information communication, open-minded listening to opinions, and fostering stakeholder engagement across all sectors.
Furthermore, Mr. Yuthana also reflected on management and communication approaches when the public has concerns regarding the environment, energy, and quality of life, emphasizing that “True confidence can only be built through tangible actions that yield real results, coupled with continuous and straightforward disclosure of information to the public.” He also pointed out that integrated collaboration among the government, private sector, and communities is a key factor for stable economic development, alongside enhancing the quality of life for the public and fostering sustainable development.
