The Monthly Air Quality Report for October 2025 of BLCP Power Station presents monitoring results from both the Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) and the Air Quality Monitoring Station (AQMS). Overall, all measured values were within standard limits and safe for health.
CEMS monitoring results for stack emissions in October 2025 showed that Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) were all within the standard limits set by Thai law and EIA requirements, with values significantly below the specified criteria.
Regarding ambient air quality from the four monitoring stations around BLCP Power Station, namely Wat Takuan, Soi Thoed Thai Muslim, PTT Staff Housing Fence, and Wat Mab Chalood, the monitoring results for Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) were all within the standard limits set by Thai law.
BLCP Power Station utilizes clean coal technologies such as Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) and Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) systems, along with 24-hour automated monitoring and regular reporting of results to government agencies and the community, to ensure that air quality remains at a safe level.
