The July 2024 Air Quality Report for BLCP Power Station presented overall air quality monitoring results in the vicinity, including measurements of Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), Particulate Matter (PM10), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2).
The monitoring results for Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) as 24-hour average values throughout July 2024 at the air quality monitoring stations Wat Takuan, Therdthai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood showed that all measured values were significantly below the Thai legal standard of 330 micrograms per cubic meter.
Regarding the measurements for Particulate Matter (PM10) as 24-hour average values during the same period, the values recorded at all four stations consistently remained below the Thai legal standard of 120 micrograms per cubic meter, with most values below 50 micrograms per cubic meter.
For Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), measured as 1-hour maximum values, the values recorded throughout July 2024 at all stations were clearly below the Thai legal standards of 300 ppb for SO2 and 170 ppb for NO2.
In summary, the air quality monitoring results for July 2024 demonstrated that all parameters at the four monitoring stations — Wat Takuan, Therdthai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood — consistently remained below the Thai legal standards. Full details are available in the attached file.
