The BLCP Power Station's ambient air quality report for January 2024 summarizes the measurement results for four key air quality parameters: Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2).
Measurements were conducted at four stations: Wat Takuan, Maptaphut Subdistrict Municipality (formerly Trok Yai Cha), PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood throughout January 2024.
The 24-hour average measurement results for Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) were found to be below the legally mandated standard of 330 micrograms per cubic meter throughout the month.
Similarly, the 24-hour average for Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10) was also below the legally mandated standard of 120 micrograms per cubic meter throughout January 2024.
Regarding the 1-hour maximum values for Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), they were also below the legally mandated standards of 300 ppb and 170 ppb, respectively, throughout January 2024.
