The Air Quality Monitoring Report for December 2020 (AQMs December 2020) presents the results of ambient air quality measurements around the BLCP Power Station area throughout December 2020, from December 1 to December 31, 2020.
The measurement results for Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) and Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10) from monitoring stations at Wat Takuan, Thoed Thai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood showed that the 24-hour average values for TSP were below the legal standard of 330 micrograms per cubic meter and PM10 were below the standard of 120 micrograms per cubic meter throughout the month.
For the measurement of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) at the same stations, the maximum hourly values for SO2 were below the legal standard of 300 ppb and NO2 were below the standard of 170 ppb throughout the measurement period in December 2020.
