BLCP Power Station's CEMs Report for January 2020 presents air pollutant emission monitoring data from the stacks of Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout January 2020. The measured parameters include sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOx), opacity, and total suspended particulates (TSP).
Monitoring results for sulfur dioxide (SO2) from both Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout January 2020 consistently showed values below Thailand's legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and below the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report's criteria of 262 ppmvd@7%O2.
Similarly, nitrogen oxides (NOx) values from Unit 1 and Unit 2 were below Thailand's legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and below the EIA report's criteria of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout January 2020.
Regarding the monitoring of opacity and total suspended particulates (TSP), values remained low throughout January 2020. Most opacity readings were below 20%, and most TSP values were below 30 mg/m3, demonstrating effective emission control.
