The BLCP Power Station's CEMS Report for April 2020 presents emission monitoring data from stacks of Unit 1 and 2, covering Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP).
Regarding Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) emissions, the maximum hourly measured values for both Unit 1 and 2 throughout April 2020 consistently remained below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 262 ppmvd@7%O2. The report also noted the calibration of the FGD systems for Unit 1 and 2, and the cleaning of Unit 1's FGD system.
For Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), the maximum hourly measured values for both units also showed that they were below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout April 2020.
Regarding Opacity and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), the maximum hourly measured values for both Unit 1 and 2 throughout April 2020 remained low and stable, with most opacity values below 10% and most TSP values below 20 mg/m3.
Overall, the BLCP Power Station's stack emission monitoring results for April 2020 consistently showed values below the established standards. Full details are available in the attached file.
