Monthly Air Quality Monitoring Report for January 2562 of BLCP Power Station, covering the measurement of Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) gas, and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) gas at various air quality monitoring stations, namely Wat Takuan, Thoed Thai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood.
The measurement results for Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) and Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10) throughout January 2562 showed that the 24-hour average values at all monitoring stations were below Thailand's legal standard, set at 330 micrograms per cubic meter for TSP and 120 micrograms per cubic meter for PM10. It was noted that Station D was undergoing maintenance, and some PM10 equipment at Shelter B was dirty, which has since been cleaned and returned to normal operation.
For hourly maximum Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) gas measurements, the Wat Takuan monitoring station recorded values exceeding Thailand's legal standard of 300 ppb during January 24-27, 2562. BLCP investigated and found that painting activities involving sulfur-containing compounds had occurred at the station.
As for hourly maximum Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) gas values throughout January 2562, all monitoring stations recorded values below Thailand's legal standard of 170 ppb.
