This report summarizes the results of ambient air quality measurements for April 2019, covering measurements from April 1 to 30, 2019.
The 24-hour average measurements of Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) showed that all measured values at all stations throughout April 2019 were below the Thai legal standard of 330 micrograms per cubic meter. Similarly, 24-hour average Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10) consistently remained below the legal standard of 120 micrograms per cubic meter.
For hourly maximum Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) measurements, all stations recorded values below the Thai legal standard of 300 parts per billion (ppb). And for hourly maximum Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), values were also below the legal standard of 170 parts per billion (ppb) throughout the measurement period.
Air quality measurements were conducted at 4 monitoring stations: Wat Takuan, Thoet Thai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood. All measurement results for the aforementioned parameters were within Thai legal standards.
