The BLCP Power Station's ambient air quality monitoring report for October 2017 summarizes the air quality measurement results from various monitoring stations in the area. Measurements included Total Suspended Particulates (TSP), Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2).
The measurement results for Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) throughout October 2017 at Takuan, Thoedthai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood monitoring stations showed that all 24-hour average values were below the Thai standard of 330 micrograms per cubic meter. For Wat Mab Chalood monitoring station (Station D), the beta radiation source cell is currently being procured.
Similarly, 24-hour average values for Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10) consistently remained below the Thai standard of 120 micrograms per cubic meter. Furthermore, the maximum hourly values for Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) measured throughout October 2017 at all monitoring stations clearly showed levels below the Thai standards of 300 ppb and 170 ppb, respectively.
Overall, the ambient air quality monitoring results for BLCP Power Station in October 2017 indicate that air quality was within the established standards. Full details and measurement data are available in the attached file.
