The ambient air quality monitoring report for February 2018 presents the measurement results for Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) at 4 monitoring stations, namely Wat Takun, Thoed Thai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood.
For Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), the 24-hour average values throughout February 2018 were found to be below the legal standard of 330 micrograms per cubic meter at all stations. Wat Mab Chalood station (Station D) is currently in the process of procuring a beta radiation source cell.
The measurement results for Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10), 24-hour average values, showed that all stations were below the legal standard of 120 micrograms per cubic meter throughout the month.
Regarding Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), the maximum hourly values were found to be below the legal standard of 300 parts per billion (ppb) at all stations.
And for Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), the maximum hourly values were also found to be below the legal standard of 170 parts per billion (ppb) at all stations.
