Plaque of Honor from the President of Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization (Mr. Piya Pitutecha) to recognize that BLCP is among the first operators to fully and completely remit tax revenue to the local administration, so that the local administration can utilize these revenues to manage services for the collective benefit of the local people.
