The areas in Khod Hin 2 and Khao Phai communities, Maptaphut Municipality, Rayong Province, have now transformed from orchards into housing estates, and the communities have expanded in size in line with Maptaphut's economic growth. Some local residents still work as farmers, with most of the garden areas being fruit orchards and vegetable gardens.
Before uniting to embrace organic farming, chemical farming methods were used, leading to degraded soil conditions and increased pest and disease infestations in the garden areas. The rates of fertilizer, pesticide, and hormone use increased annually. BLCP Power Station, located in the Maptaphut Industrial Estate, with its vision "BLCP: Co-creating a Livable Society, Alongside Communities and the Environment, Sustainably," became concerned about the health of the farmers. BLCP wanted farmers to transition from chemical farming to organic farming and therefore provided support in organic farming knowledge by engaging organic farming experts to drive the initiative. This led to the registration of the Khod Hin-Khao Phai Organic Agriculture Community Enterprise and the acquisition of the Organic Agriculture Standard Certificate, TAS 9000.
When the harvest season ends and farmers are free from garden work, BLCP Power Station promoted skills to create supplementary income for the enterprise. BLCP also supported them with a distillation machine, a learning center building, and provided trainers to educate them on developing various products from herbs available in the members' gardens.

- Thao Wan Priang Balm
- Lemongrass Insect Repellent Spray
