In the social dimension, establishing a coaching culture will help develop the potential of employees at all levels 💪, fostering learning and growth 🌱 at both individual and organizational levels. This is achieved through experience sharing, mentorship, and collaboration, leading to innovation 💡 and continuous improvement in work processes. This represents a crucial investment in human resources 🙌 for the organization's sustainable future.

 

Furthermore, instilling PIC-C values (Professionalism, Integrity, Commitment, Compassion) through a coaching culture aligns with Governance principles that emphasize honesty 🤝, transparency, and ethical business practices ✨, alongside caring for all stakeholders.

 

This project also demonstrates our commitment to sustainable development 🔄 in accordance with ISO 26000 standards, particularly regarding labor practices and community development and engagement 👫. We prioritize comprehensive personnel development 🎓 and foster a positive working environment 🏢 to enable everyone to work with maximum efficiency and job satisfaction 😊.

 

On this journey towards sustainability, we commenced on March 25th, where we learned various principles as both coaches and coachees, which will enable us to coach each other effectively and for maximum benefit.

And soon 🔜, on April 29th, we will conduct training for senior executives and senior managers on "Coaching Review & Role," which will focus on reviewing concepts, skills, and the role of an effective coach according to international standards 🌍, along with practical coaching exercises.
