Located in Pak Nam Subdistrict, it was built to honor His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great (Rama IX) on the occasion of his 7th cycle birthday anniversary, and opened as an ecological learning center.Mangrove forestofficially since 2012. Interesting activities include enjoying the scenic views around Phra Chedi Klang Nam or Samut Chedi, with pavilions to sit and enjoy the breeze and views of Pak Nam, and walking along the nature trails of the mangrove forest at the Mangrove Forest Learning Center.Phra Chedi Klang NamThe walkway is approximately 400 meters long. Along the way, there are various plant species such as Rhizophora, Ceriops, and Avicennia. There is also a Royal Commemoration Observation Tower, the tallest observation tower in Rayong Province, approximately 22 meters high, offering views as far as Laem Charoen Beach.
