The Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMs) Report for February 2564 of BLCP Power Station presents the measurement results for Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) from Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout the month.
For Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), throughout February 2564, it was found that the emission values for both Unit 1 and Unit 2 consistently remained below the Thai legal standard of 320 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 262 ppmvd@7%O2. The maximum values observed were approximately 150 ppmvd@7%O2 for Unit 1 and 120 ppmvd@7%O2 for Unit 2 during the beginning of the month.
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) values for both units showed similar results. They remained below the Thai legal standard of 350 ppmvd@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 241 ppmvd@7%O2 throughout February 2564. The maximum measured values were approximately 180-190 ppmvd@7%O2 for Unit 1 and 170 ppmvd@7%O2 for Unit 2 during the beginning of the month.
The Opacity of gases emitted to the atmosphere from both Unit 1 and Unit 2 throughout February 2564 was very low. Most values were below 10%, with maximum values of approximately 15-20% during the beginning of the month, indicating good emission control.
Finally, the Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) emitted to the atmosphere from both Unit 1 and Unit 2 was also clearly below the Thai legal standard of 120 mg/m3@7%O2 and the EIA report value of 43 mg/m3@7%O2. The maximum values observed were approximately 25 mg/m3@7%O2 for Unit 1 and 20 mg/m3@7%O2 for Unit 2 during the beginning of the month.
In summary, all types of air pollutant measurement results for BLCP Power Station in February 2564, including Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrogen Oxides, Opacity, and Total Suspended Particulate, were within the prescribed standards. Further details can be found in the attached file.
