This ambient air quality report for November 2024 presents the results of air quality measurements in various areas, including Wat Takun, Thoet Thai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood, throughout November 2024.
The 24-hour average measurements for Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) showed that all measured values were below the Thai legal standard of 330 micrograms per cubic meter. Similarly, the 24-hour average measurements for Particulate Matter less than 10 micrometers (PM10) were consistently below the standard of 120 micrograms per cubic meter throughout the month. However, it was noted that some PM10 sampling data from Shelter D station (Wat Mab Chalood) were incomplete for certain periods.
For the 1-hour maximum measurements of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), all measured values across all areas and periods throughout November 2024 were clearly below the Thai legal standards. The SO2 standard is 300 ppb, and the NO2 standard is 170 ppb.
In summary, the overall ambient air quality in November 2024 for all measured parameters, namely TSP, PM10, SO2, and NO2, was good and fully complied with all Thai legal standards. Full details are available in the attached file.
