The ambient air quality monitoring report for December 2022 presents data from the monitoring of four air quality parameters: Total Suspended Particulate (TSP), Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2).
The 24-hour average monitoring results for Total Suspended Particulate (TSP) and Particulate Matter less than 10 microns (PM10) in December 2022 at all four monitoring stations: Wat Takuan, Thoed Thai Muslim, PTT Housing, and Wat Mab Chalood, showed that most measured values were below the legal standard limits, set at 330 micrograms per cubic meter for TSP and 120 micrograms per cubic meter for PM10.
For the hourly maximum monitoring results of Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), it was found that the measured values throughout December 2022 were very low and did not exceed the legal standard limits, set at 300 ppb for SO2 and 170 ppb for NO2.
Overall, the ambient air quality monitoring data for December 2022 indicates that all parameters measured at the four stations were within the legally prescribed standards.
