BLCP delivers COVID-19 prevention equipment with care, sending encouragement to overcome this crisis together.

April 29, 2020 – BLCP provides encouragement to fight COVID-19 by supporting COVID-19 prevention equipment for government officials who diligently and tirelessly perform their duties to screen people, demonstrating strength and resilience against all obstacles.

Ms. Parichart Assawakul, Deputy Managing Director, Corporate Administration Business Group, BLCP Power Limited (BLCP), Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province, delivered 100 reflective vests, 100 signal batons, 500 raincoats, and 1,000 BLCP Face Shields Made with Heart, Caring for Society, to Mr. Insee Kerdmanee, Permanent Secretary of Rayong Province, who received them as a representative at the Rayong Provincial Government Center. These items will be distributed to police officers and security checkpoint officers at various screening points in Rayong Province.

Afterwards, Ms. Parichart traveled to deliver "500 fabric masks" to Pol. Maj. Gen. Chalong Sukchan, Commander of Rayong Provincial Police, at Rayong Provincial Police Station, for distribution to police officers to aid in preventing the further spread of COVID-19.

Ms. Parichart Assawakul stated that BLCP continuously cares for the quality of life and well-being of the community. When the COVID-19 outbreak occurred, the company collaborated with Map Ta Phut Municipality, local communities, and various community enterprises within Map Ta Phut Municipality, Rayong Province, to continuously create jobs and generate income for the community. This was achieved by engaging communities and community enterprises in producing "fabric masks and Face Shields Made with Heart, Caring for the Community" from February 2020 until the present. Subsequently, the company distributed these items to communities, public hospitals, and various government agencies, in addition to continuously providing essential medical equipment and supplies to all sectors.

BLCP wishes to offer encouragement to medical teams, healthcare personnel, and officials in all sectors to overcome the COVID-19 crisis together. Even though the number of infected individuals has significantly decreased, we urge everyone to "not be complacent and keep your guard up."
