BLCP Power Station participated in supporting the event and presented awards to runners at the "Maptaphut Mini Marathon 13th" event, organized by Maptaphut Walking-Running Club 49 in collaboration with operators in the industrial estate and various local businesses.
Over 1,000 runners participated at the parking lot of Building M, Maptaphut Municipality Public Health Service Center. The competition featured 3 categories: Mini Marathon 11.5 kilometers, Fun Run 6.5 kilometers, and Walk 2 kilometers.
The objective is to use the proceeds after deducting expenses to organize health promotion activities for members of Maptaphut Walking-Running Club 49, youth, and the general public in Maptaphut Municipality to encourage continuous exercise.
The event was honored by Mr. Amnuay Trilak, Deputy Mayor of Maptaphut Municipality, presiding over the opening ceremony; Mr. Chakat Pattanasri, Director of Maptaphut Industrial Estate Office, delivering a welcome speech; and Pol. Lt. Col. Amornthep Kiawsing, President of Maptaphut Walking-Running Club 49, giving a report.
